SB 6125 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

      Requires a person serving a sentence for a term of confinement to allocate a portion of any earnings accumulated through employment towards a subsistence account for use by the inmate upon release from confinement.

      Provides that inmates unable to work for medical reasons shall be supplied one hundred dollars upon release.

      Repeals RCW 72.02.110.
