SB 6140 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

      Provides that a person who drives a motor vehicle and has accumulated two or more notices of failure to appear in a five year period is guilty of failure to comply, a gross misdemeanor.

      Does not apply to a pedestrian, bicycling, or parking offense.
