      Requires a recreational license to take food fish by diving.

      Prohibits the taking of food fish with either scuba or skin diving gear in Hood Canal for a five year period.

      Provides that it is unlawful to take or possess salmon with skin or scuba gear.

      Requires a catch record card for divers who take lingcod.
