SB 6219 - DIGEST

      Directs the department of social and health services to transfer children who are inappropriately housed in crisis residential centers to residential and treatment services to meet their specific, unique needs by June 30, 1993.

      Requires the placements to be coordinated through the family reconciliation services.

      Revises the number of crisis residential centers and the staffing requirements.
