      Defines terms.

      Provides that a person shall not recklessly, and with knowledge of its character, display matter which is harmful to minors.

      Provides affirmative defenses in any prosecution for violation of the act.

      Makes a violation of the act a gross misdemeanor offense.

      Repeals provisions of chapter 9.68 RCW.
