      Requires the state fire marshall to develop and maintain the state fire services mobilization plan, which shall include the procedures for coordinating local fire jurisdiction resources during fire emergencies.

      Creates the state fire defense board and the regional fire defense board.

      Creates the state fire mobilization account.
