SB 6280 - DIGEST

      Prohibits long-term care insurance policies from excluding coverage for home care and from denying a claim for reasons of material misrepresentation for an ailment which took place more than ten years prior to the effective date of the coverage.

      Requires long-term care insurance coverage to be provided to groups defined in RCW 48.21.010.
