      Establishes the basic contribution rates for public retirement systems for the period September 1, 1992, through June 30, 1993.

      Establishes the basic contribution rates for public retirement systems beginning July 1, 1993.

      Revises appropriations to the governor's office for salary and insurance benefits compensation.

      Revises appropriations to the department of retirement systems.

      Makes an appropriation of four million seven hundred eighty-four thousand dollars for allocation to school districts and educational service districts.
