SB 6320 - DIGEST

      Makes revisions to chapter 70.122 RCW, Natural death act.

      Declares that the chapter shall not be construed as requiring medical personnel to provide futile treatment, or as providing the exclusive means persons may make decisions regarding their health treatment.

      Repeals RCW 70.122.050.
