SB 6322.E - DIGEST

      Requires the commissioner to establish a plan to insure that workers' compensation coverage is available to those unable to purchase it through the normal insurance market.

      Provides for the appointment of a committee to provide assistance in drafting the plan.

      Requires a report by January 1, 1993.
