SB 6332 - DIGEST

      Requires vessel dealers to register with the department.

      Requires the dealers to file a surety bond in the amount of five thousand dollars.

      Establishes the requirements for an "established place of business."

      Provides a gross misdemeanor penalty for conducting business without holding a current registration.

      Provides for monetary penalties for violations of the act.

      Requires vessel dealers to possess a certificate of title or other evidence of ownership for each new or used vessel.

      Requires dealers to maintain a record of all transactions for a three year period.

      Repeals provisions of chapter 88.02 RCW.
