      Revises provisions regarding domestic violence incidents.

      Requires records of incidents of domestic violence to be submitted to the Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs by all law enforcement agencies.

      Requires state agencies to conduct a review and issue a report on the current level of domestic violence education.

      Makes appropriations to carry out the purposes of the act.
