      Requires the delivery of a radon measurement device to a residence at the time of final inspection.

      Directs the state building code council to develop instructions for the use of the device by the owner.

      Requires the owner to return the device to the appropriate testing laboratory and requires the cost of postage and testing to be included with the device.

      Limits liability for damages in cases where appropriate action was taken.
