      Levies an assessment on all milk produced in this state of up to one cent per hundredweight.

      Deposits the funds into the dairy inspection account.

      Creates a dairy inspection program advisory committee.

      Establishes a license fee for permits to operate a milk plant.

      Deposits the revenue into the food processing inspection account.

      Expires June 30, 1995.
