SB 6417 - DIGEST

      Defines a "dispensing drug outlet" as one when drugs are dispensed by a health care practitioner to his or her patients only.

      Requires the owner of each dispensing drug outlet to pay an annual license fee.

      Makes a failure to comply with the licensing requirements a misdemeanor offense.
