SB 6446 - DIGEST

      Requires a provider to hold open the recipient's bed for a minimum of three days immediately following the day of discharge.

      Requires the recipient to be readmitted during the three day period.

      Provides for reimbursement to the provider if designated conditions are met.

      Makes an appropriation of six hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
