      Revises the membership of the state information services board.

      Revises the duties and responsibilities of the board.

      Expands the duties of the department of information services.

      Requires each agency's budget request to specifically identify those portions of the request related to information resources.

      Provides for funding of major projects on an incremental basis.

      Requires each agency to adopt a strategic information technology plan.

      Extends the termination date for the information services board and the department of information services to June 30, 1996.

      Repeals RCW 43.105.005.
