SB 6474 - DIGEST

      Provides that the provisions regulating bingo are permissive and not mandatory.

      Makes the regulation of salaries or wages paid to charitable or nonprofit organization employees permissive and not mandatory.

      Requires at least fifty percent of the revenue from local government taxation of gambling activities to be used for enforcement of chapter 9.46 RCW.
