SB 6479 - DIGEST

      Directs the energy facilities site evaluation council to prepare, by December 15, 1992, a state comprehensive hydropower plan.

      Makes an appropriation of forty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.

      Repeals section 2, chapter 159, Laws of 1989.
