      Declares that a purchaser of a removable dental prosthesis shall have the right to rescind the transaction and receive a refund of eighty-five percent of the total purchase price.

      Provides that a violation of the act constitutes an unfair or deceptive practice in trade or commerce for the purpose of applying chapter 19.86 RCW.
