SJR 8218 - DIGEST

      Proposes an amendment to Article IV, sections 3, 5, and 30 of the state Constitution to provide for initial appointment of supreme court justices, court of appeals judges, and superior court judges by the governor and thereafter retained or rejected by the voters.
