     On page 3, line 12, after "in (b)" strike " and (c)" and insert ", (c), and (d)"

     On page 4, after line 13, insert "    (d)  Firearms in the possession of the Washington state patrol on or after the effective date of this act that are judicially forfeited or forfeited due to a failure to make a claim under RCW 63.32.010, 63.35.020, or 63.40.010, and that are no longer needed for evidence, must be disposed of as follows:  (i) Firearms illegal for any person to possess must be destroyed; (ii) A maximum of ten percent of legal firearms may be retained for agency use; and (iii) All other legal firearms must be auctioned or traded to commercial sellers.  The Washington state patrol may retain any proceeds of an auction or trade."
