On page 5, line 32, strike section 4 and insert
"Sec. 4. Section 1 and 3 of this act shall take effect
July 1, 1994. Section 2 of this act shall take effect
July 1, 1996."
EFFECT: The amendment will give small businesses more time to prepare.
