     On page 2, line 37, after "activities" insert ".  Nothing  in this subsection shall in any way limit, prohibit, or constrain the ability of a religious corporation, religious association, religious educational institution, or religious society to employ, discharge, or discipline an employee based on the religious doctrine, beliefs, or practices of the particular religious corporation, association, educational institution, or society"

EFFECT:  Clarifies that a religious organization may make employment decisions based on its religious doctrine, beliefs, or practices.
