     On page 4, line 36, after "applicant" insert "and the dates of contact with employers made pursuant to Sec. 7, Sub 11"

EFFECT:  Removes the employment agency record keeping requirement of recording all contacts with each employer but continues the requirement with respect to the employment directory.
