     On page 3, line 23, after "schedules" insert "if the department takes the action within twenty-four months after the date of payment to the provider"

EFFECT:  Requires the Department of Labor and Industries to exercise its authority to deny payment or demand reimbursement within twenty-four months after making a payment to a provider of chiropractic services that is in violation of the rules.
