     On page 4, line 19, after "program." insert the following: "The agreement signed by the eligible offender and the department shall also include the following: techniques for improving the offender's self-esteem, citizenship skills for successful living in the community, and established measures to hold the offender accountable for his or her behavior."

EFFECT:  Requires the offender and department to include self-esteem, citizenship skills training and accountability measures in the agreement,when an offender becomes eligible for work ethic camp.
