     On page 3, line 3, after "systems" insert ".  These provisions shall not apply to a public water system with fewer than one hundred connections which is owned by a non-profit association"

EFFECT:  The provisions adopted by the Board of Health relating to maintaining water supply during a power outage do not apply to non-profit public water systems with fewer than 100 connections.
