     On page 58, line 14, after "employment" insert the following:

     "; and

     (c) Provide for joint labor/management committees at the levels within the agency deemed appropriate by the parties"

EFFECT:  Adds a requirement for state employee collective bargaining agreements to include provisions for joint labor/management committees at the agency levels deemed appropriate by the parties.
