     On page 6, line 12, after "account" insert: ", except that thirteen percent of the all such fees and penalties shall be deposited in the state general fund"

EFFECT:  Requires that thirteen percent of fees and fines be deposited in the General Fund - State.  In 1993-95 this would yield an amount equal to the current General Fund - State revenue from these sources.
