     On page 2, line 1 after "(a)" strike everything through "(c)" on line 4 and insert "Is confined to a wheelchair, and (b)"

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement that someone who qualifies for a free hunting license has to have a nonservice connected disability certified by the VA.
