     On page 23, line 12, after "shall be" strike "final" and insert "appealable to the superior court of Thurston county or of any county in which the action occurred"

EFFECT:  Deletes the requirement that decisions of the Washington Personnel Resources Board regarding appeals of personnel actions are final and authorizes appeals of the decisions to superior court.
