     On page 9, line 27 of the amendment, strike "twenty-one" and insert "eighteen"

EFFECT:  Unless otherwise provided, a firearm carried by a person at least eighteen years of age must be unloaded and enclosed in an opaque case or secure wrapper.  This amendment eliminates a gap in the striking amendment by extending the restrictions applicable to persons at least twenty-one years of age to persons at least eighteen years of age.
