     On page 165, line 30, after "201 through" insert "401, 502 through"

     On page 165, line 32, strike "Sections" and insert "Section 501 (as inserted by House floor amendment 001145) and sections"

EFFECT:  Gives an effective date of July 1, 1995, to section 501 (as inserted by floor amendment 001145) which reduces the maximum earned early release time to 15%.
