EFFECT:  Removes all age limitations for committing incest if incest is being committed with the parent's child. Current law contains no limitation on committing incest with a child that is a direct lineal descendent but limits incest with adopted children and stepchildren to their 18th birthdays.  The amendment removes all age limitations so that incest may be committed with any child of the parent's whether the child is a direct lineal descendent, an adopted child, or a stepchild, and regardless of the child's age.
