     On page 6, line 37, after "degree" insert ", rape of a child in the first degree, rape of a child in the second degree, child molestation in the first degree, a violation of RCW 70.74.280(1), a violation of RCW 69.50.406, a violation of RCW 9A.82.060(1)(a), assault of a child in the second degree, robbery in the first degree, indecent liberties, sexual exploitation, arson in the first degree, burglary in the first degree,"

EFFECT:  Puts back in all offenses taken out from the underlying bill with a seriousness level of X for the purposes of defining persistent offenders:

            - rape of a child in the first degree;

            - rape of a child in the second degree;

            - child molestation in the first degree;

            - RCW 70.74.280(1) (damaging building, etc., by                      explosion with threat to human being);

            - RCW 69.50.406 (over 18 and deliver heroin or narcotic                from Schedule I or II to someone under 18); and

            - 9A.82.(1)(a) (leading organized crime).

Adds the following offenses for the purposes of defining persistent offenders:

            - assault of a child in the second degree;

            - robbery in the first degree;

            - indecent liberties;

            - sexual exploitation;

            - arson in the first degree; and

            - burglary in the first degree.
