            On page 7, beginning on line 13, strike all of section 7

            Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes an erroneous amendment to the definition section for the LEOFF pension plan.  The amendment cross-referenced another section of the bill dealing with paid leave, but the section it amended dealt only with unpaid leave.
