     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 242.  FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

     Kitsap Mental Health Services:  To construct a new mental health facility.

          Prior Biennia (Expenditures)      $            0

          Future Biennia (Projected Costs)  $             0

              TOTAL                        $     500,000"

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Appropriates $500,000 to the Department of Community Development for construction of a new mental health facility for Kitsap Mental Health Services.
