     On page 85, after line 41, insert:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 500.  FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF FISHERIES

     Issaquah Salmon Hatchery: To develop, in consultation with interested community groups, a management plan and facility predesign for future use of the hatchery.

EFFECT:  Deletes a $1,850,000 reappropriation for the Tears of Joy Theatre.  Provides an appropriation of $150,000 to the Department of Fisheries to develop a management plan and facility predesign for future use of the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery.
