     On page 33, line 22, after "limitations:" insert:

          "(1)"

     On page 33, after line 23, insert:

          "(2) $7,500,000 of the appropriation may be used for projects authorized in HB 1790."

EFFECT:  A technical amendment to make it clear that money is available to fully fund the list of 1993 projects included in HB 1790.
