     On page 71, after line 18, insert the following:

     "(3) Because of limitations placed on changing the boundaries of educational service districts as set forth in RCW 28A.310.020 and the study of educational service districts provided for in SHB 1211 as amended by the senate, no changes in boundaries or governance of any educational service district is contemplated by this budget."

EFFECT:  Adds $230,000 and recognizes the educational service districts are going to be studied during the interim.
