     On page 43, after line 27, insert:

     "Water Rights Fee Account Appropriation . . . . . $1,600,000"

     On page 43, line 28, strike "257,326,000" and insert "258,926,000"

     On page 44, line 37, after "(8)" strike all language through "program." on page 45, line 2, and insert "$1,600,000 of the water rights fee account appropriation is provided solely for the administration of water rights permits."

EFFECT:  The amendments adds $1.6 million to the water rights fee account for the administration of water rights permits.
