     On page 122, after line 31, insert the following:

     "(d) The Commissioner of public lands or the commissioner's designee;"

     Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly. 

EFFECT:  Adds the Commissioner of Public Lands or designee to the Washington Water Resources Policy Commission.
