     On page 28, line 37, strike "86,421,000" and insert "86,871,000"

     On page 29, line 13, strike "320,783,000" and insert "321,233,000"

     On page 31, after line 34, insert: 

     "(10) $15,969,000 of the general fund--state appropriation is provided solely for the growth management program."

EFFECT:  Increases the general fund state appropriation to the Department of Community Development by  $450,000 for the Growth Management Program and earmarks the entire amount provided for the program.
