     On page 89, line 16, strike "293,978,000" and insert "294,126,000"

     On page 89, after line 27, insert "(4)  $1,370,000 of the general fund appropriation is provided solely to operate the international marketing program for agricultural commodities and trade (IMPACT)."

EFFECT:  Increases the General Fund appropriation to the Washington State University by $148,000.  Specifies that $1,370,000 of the General Fund appropriation is provided solely to operate the International Marketing Program for Agricultural Commodities and Trade (IMPACT).
