     On page 15, after line 12, insert the following:

     "Up to $100,000 of the transportation fund--state appropriation for the implementation of the high school engineering outreach program shall be administered by the state board for community and technical colleges."

EFFECT:  Provides that up to $100,000 of the transportation fund--state appropriation for the implementation of the high school engineering outreach program shall be administered by the state board for community and technical colleges.
