     On page 6, line 6, strike "less than thirty days nor"

     On page 6, line 25, after "court." strike everything through "deferred." on line 26

EFFECT:  Removes the mandatory minimum period of license suspension for first time offenders.  Leaves judicial discretion to suspend the license for up to 120 days.
