     On page 42, line 12, strike all of section 34.

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Deletes the state preemption section from the bill.  This section would preempt the entire field of regulating driving or being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
