     On page 25, beginning on line 16, strike all of section 31

Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  The amendment deletes the section that made the misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor penalties apply when another penalty was not otherwise provided by law.
