     On page 2, line 25, after "action." strike "However, if" and insert "If"

     On page 2, line 27, after "transcript" strike "and" and insert ", but shall"

EFFECT:  Allows districts to request information from the parent and student, but does not require that the information be requested.  Makes a technical correction.
